There’s no self-help books or informative movies based on Hazrat Ali’s teachings in this subject. His wisdom is unbelievably accurate & effective.
When it comes to responding & reacting, sportsmen are usually very good at it. Their reactions are controlled and they respond in very thoughtful manner. That’s why it is vital to integrate sports in our institutions.

Life is about constant calculations emotional, psychological and rationale. It is important to pause, calculate and then respond. It is also vital to dismantle your ego and be humble.

In my opinion it is important to define & understand yourself first to figure your personality type. Once we analyze, we must identify areas that needs alterations.
Men should live like a boxing bag : ) take the punches but stay firm. Divert your emotions through your hobbies, sports or other healthy activities.

I think Blaming others can’t help us, we need to know ourselves and try to solve the problems positively.
My dear friend is suffering from childhood trauma. He’s been through so many treatments but still going through issues. I tried to invite him but he’s v introvert. What would you suggest for him?
Stop thinking those thoughts, I try to let them go….. yes I do, thanks
Tip: Dedictate your worry time to 5 to 6. Tell yourself, whenever you feel worried or sad, that your time is 5 to 6. Right now NO. with time it will go away. Really works.

Indeed. I do boxing time to time just to divert energy. I meant dedicate worry time to 5pm to 6pm. This way your 23 hours stay worry free and later you can always tackle one hour of worry. By changing thought pattern.
