Hira Irshad from Peshawar is the CEO of APRUS Technologies, the first ever Intensive Care Medical Equipment Company of Pakistan.
Hira has been working in the Innovation and Startup Ecosystem of Pakistan for the past five years now. She managed the MIT Enterprise Forums Pakistan Chapter where she got a chance to form a deep understanding of the startup scene , incubators and accelerators of Pakistan. She then went on to join the founding team of NIC Peshawar, where she worked with startups on grants, funds and investments. More than a PKR 100 million was raised by startups during her tenure. She also led the first seed stage investment by a local industrialist of another PKR 100 Million in a startup and led the first internations aquisition of a startup from Peshawar.
