Honorable Sabina Zafar holds the honor of being elected in November 2018 as the first Asian Councilmember from the City of San Ramon, California. She is currently appointed as the Vice Mayor of San Ramon. Sabina has lived in San Ramon for 14 years, where she has raised her family.
Sabina holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Computer and Information Systems from the University of South Alabama. She leads the Technology Center of Excellence at GE Digital in San Ramon, leading and designing technology solutions for Global Industrial companies.
