      over thinking needed to reduce because it totally consumes your time with doing nothing fruitful.

    Too much anxiety causes stress. With passage of time and with time of maturity it diminishes. Exercise, meditation and reciting Quran are some of the techniques to deal with stress.

    Some time some one show others that he or she is artificially show their attitude to others inside stress they hide from others just like that from earning point of view job or work about so they try negative method of earning there is also a fear in their mind that ma be in any time they are behind bar fear from those whose are badly effected by paying money to them and after demand of that money they are always in big stress this is also appears in their face/health their lot lot talk to satisfy others ?
