    Book readers , poets and revolutionary people always deal with overthinking. Without thinking and taking actions on thoughts, no one will be able to get his/her goals. So overthinking is an optimistic approach

    Thought management is challenging. Integrating meditation works but eventually financial instability and other shortcomings, take overs. Reality is, our society bully drop outs. Our society calculate statuses of people based on have and have nots…
    All these things trigger over thinking processes too.

    One method I use to counter over thinking is by dedicating one hour daily for overthinking. So whenever my mind slips into overthinking I say out loud that your overthinking time is 5 to 6. This technique really helps and eases the mind.
