Ever since the shocking experience of being slapped at birth by his doctor on his arrival to earth at a hospital in London UK which does not exist anymore, (the hospital does not exist, but London does) the world has been laid out like a stage for Sohail Hashmi, and he has tries to perform to the best of his ability and still continues wherever possible. Therefore he must be stopped.
From presenting the breakfast show on radio along with their launch throughout Pakistan, to acting and direction, then going into television production of tele-films, documentaries, situational comedies, then working on corporate voice-overs for television and radio. Again changing and evolving into a talk show host (Unwind with Sohail Hashmi) for Pakistan Television, Sohail Hashmi has very nearly, seen it all.
His corporate experience ranges from British Telecom in the UK, to being Director Marketing PTV in Pakistan while
also launching PTV Prime Television in the USA while being based in New York. He was also heading the Publicis advertising agency in Karachi Pakistan.
Sohail Hashmi was also chosen to attend the Berlin Film Festival as a TV Director to represent Pakistan as a guest of the German government due to his Direction of the detective series H.I.T (Hifizat Intelligence Team) broadcast on GEO TV along with his Production of the documentaries ‘ The voice of Pakistan’ which was broadcast on the Indus TV Network.
His work will continue unless he is abducted by aliens and taken to planet X in the 7th universe to conduct radio shows. Let’s hope it happens soon
