We need more people like Amy, we can have almost everything in life watching her tutorials. And thank Dr. Sb. For bringing us Quality shows, highly grateful.

This is important to communicate to everyone watching: she approached me with great confidence and willingness to demonstrate her skills. She was very eager. THIS is what got her the job. Not just potential.

Saman is learning how to build her own support team by building her relationships within her network. She has learned how to ask the other mentor teachers in the classroom and other video experts in my network for help.

In the future, the DREAM is to turn this into a revenue-generating platform. At that time, I will still work with Saman and encourage others to hire virtual assistants.

CLARIFICATION: it took 6 months for a suitable applicant to apply. I was ready when the job was posted to hire immediately.

Definitely boss’s expectations must be met. But before applying for a job Ithink people need to know their skills firstly. You degree is not the only definition to your skill. Which is Samans case. She stepped out!
We need to step out of our comfort zone.
Skill, no matter the smallest, makes a huge difference.
    So proud of you!!!

Saman is not only speaking to me in English 100% of the time, she is also listening to all of my unorganized thoughts and finding a way to understand my vision each day and in each conversation. She is doing great!

We need people like Amy in Pakistan. The opportunities for youth need to be created.
Looking forward to seeing you somewhere out there doing the biggest things Saman.
